Any dealer in or manufacturer or other person in possession\n\nof regulated substances who refuses to admit an inspector upon the\n\npremises to perform the duties of the inspector shall, for each\n\nrefusal to admit on his or her premises, or obstruction offered to\n\nan inspector, be guilty of a misdemeanor and be subject to a fine of\n\nFive Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per day per violation and\n\nimprisonment for ninety (90) days, or both, for each offense.\n\nB.
