Stat. tit. 17, § 17-348.2","heading":"Misbranded antifreeze","body":"An antifreeze shall be deemed to be misbranded:\n\n1. If its labeling is false or misleading in any particular; or\n\n2. If in package form it does not bear a label containing the\n\nname and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, seller or\n\ndistributor and an accurate statement of the quantity of contents in\n\nterms of weight or measure, and these facts are not stated plainly\n\nand correctly on the outside of the package; or\n\n3.
