Stat. tit. 17, § 17-348.3","heading":"Sample analysis of antifreeze prior to sale – Annual","body":"permit application and fee.\n\nBefore any antifreeze shall be sold, exposed for sale or held\n\nwith intent to sell within this state, a sample thereof must be\n\nanalyzed pursuant to standards established by the Oklahoma\n\nCorporation Commission and a certified analysis submitted to the\n\nPetroleum Storage Tank Division for approval with the initial or\n\nannual permit fee application. Upon the initial application of the\n\nmanufacturer, packer or distributor, and upon the payment of a fee\n\nof One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each brand of antifreeze\n\nsubmitted, the Corporation Commission shall approve the analysis of\n\nthe antifreeze submitted and, if it meets the standards of the\n\nCorporation Commission, and is not in violation of Sections 348\n\nthrough 348.9 of this title, the Corporation Commission shall issue\n\nthe applicant an annual written permit, with an official permit\n\nnumber, authorizing the sale of such antifreeze in this state for\n\none (1) fiscal year, July 1 to June 30, in which inspection fee is\n\npaid. However, upon approval of an application for renewal of a\n\npermit, the fee shall not exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). The\n\noriginal permit and renewal issued by the Corporation Commission\n\nshall bear the same number and shall not be transferable. If the\n\nCorporation Commission shall at a later date find that the product\n\nto be sold, exposed for sale or held with intent to sell has been\n\nmaterially altered, without the written permission of the\n\nCorporation Commission, adulterated, or a change has been made in\n\nthe name, brand or trademark under which the antifreeze is sold, or\n\nit violated the provisions of Sections 348 through 348.9 of this\n\ntitle, the Corporation Commission shall notify the applicant and the\n\npermit shall be canceled.","path":["OK Code","Title 17"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os17.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8b9064870a6c792ba90a3bd56a835a271b2807d5f812bbdf6c690cbf7a7cf7f6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-348.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-348.4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
