Stat. tit. 17, § 17-348.4","heading":"Enforcement by Petroleum Storage Tank Division","body":"The Petroleum Storage Tank Division of the Oklahoma Corporation\n\nCommission shall enforce the provisions of Sections 348 through\n\n348.9 of this title by certification, inspections, chemical analysis\n\nor any other appropriate methods. All samples for inspection or\n\nanalysis shall be taken from stocks in this state or intended for\n\nsale in this state, or the Corporation Commission through its agents\n\nshall require the manufacturer or distributor applying for a permit\n\nfor antifreeze sale to supply a certified analysis of the antifreeze\n\nwith the permit application. The Corporation Commission, through\n\nits agents, shall have free access by legal means during business\n\nhours to all places of business, buildings, vehicles, cars and\n\nvessels used in the manufacture, transportation, sale or storage of\n\nany antifreeze, and it may open by legal means a box, carton,\n\nparcel, or package containing or supposed to contain any antifreeze\n\nand may take therefrom samples for analysis.","path":["OK Code","Title 17"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os17.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"56ef718dbd4b41ef285131b9604df80e277c9c432b9e7c57f6be3ea1e0716637","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-348.3","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-348.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
