Stat. tit. 17, § 17-348.9","heading":"Violations - Penalties","body":"Any person or persons violating the provisions of Sections 348\n\nthrough 348.9 of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor\n\nand shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not\n\nless than Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) nor more than Five Hundred\n\nDollars ($500.00), or imprisonment for ninety (90) days or both for\n\neach offense.
