In the event any provision of the Oklahoma Statutes requires\n\na signature of the Commission Chair or Vice Chair, a Corporation\n\nCommissioner, the Commission Secretary or a Commission Assistant\n\nSecretary, an electronic signature of a Corporation Commissioner\n\nshall satisfy such statute to certify or attest to:\n\n1. Corporation Commission record;\n\n2. A record kept by the Corporation Commission Court Clerk;\n\n3. A records search of Corporation Commission records having\n\nbeen conducted and the results of such search; or\n\n4. The completion of an appellate record.\n\nB. In the event any provision of the Oklahoma Statutes requires\n\nnotice by the Corporation Commission, electronic signatures of the\n\nCorporation Commissioners, the Commission Secretary, or a Commission\n\nAssistant Secretary satisfy the law, and an electronic image of the\n\nCorporation Commission's seal may be used in place of an imprinted\n\nseal.\n\nC. In the event any provision of the Oklahoma Statues requires\n\na citation to be issued by the Commission Secretary, the electronic\n\nsignature of the Commission Secretary or a Commission Assistant\n\nSecretary satisfies the requirements of such statute.\n\nD.
