A party desiring to unitize brine rights shall file with the\n\nCorporation Commission an application setting forth a description of\n\nthe proposed unit area with a map or plat thereof attached. The\n\napplication shall allege the existence of the facts required to be\n\nfound by the Commission as provided in Section 7 of this act. The\n\napplication shall set forth the name and address of each brine owner\n\nwithin the area affected by the application. Each such person shall\n\nbe a respondent to the application. In an application to enlarge\n\nthe unit area, brine owners within the existing unit and brine\n\nowners in the area to be added to the unit shall be respondents to\n\nthe application.\n\nB. In the event the brine sought to be unitized is found in\n\nassociation with solution gas, the application shall set forth the\n\nname and address of each solution gas owner within the area affected\n\nby the application. Each such person shall be a respondent to the\n\napplication. In an application to enlarge the unit area, solution\n\ngas owners within the existing unit and solution gas owners in the\n\narea to be added to the unit shall be respondents to the\n\napplication.\n\nC.
