Stat. tit. 17, § 17-505","heading":"Unitization of brine rights - Notice of application","body":"Notice of the filing of an application to create a unit or to\n\nincrease or decrease the size of the unit area, along with a copy of\n\nthe application, shall be mailed to each respondent to the\n\napplication whose address is known, or whose address can be found\n\nwith reasonable diligence, at least twenty (20) days prior to the\n\ndate set for hearing. In addition, notice shall be given at least\n\ntwenty (20) days prior to the date of said hearing by one\n\npublication in some newspaper of general circulation printed in\n\nOklahoma County, Oklahoma, and by one publication at least twenty\n\n(20) days prior to the date of the hearing in some newspaper of\n\ngeneral circulation printed in each county in which the lands\n\nembraced within the application are situated.
