The Corporation Commission shall prescribe and promulgate\n\nrules and regulations to require all operators of oil and gas wells\n\nor leases upon which oil and gas wells are located to remove all\n\nsurface trash and debris, occasioned by their operations, from the\n\nvicinity of their operations and to keep such premises free and\n\nclear of such trash and debris.\n\nB.
