Stat. tit. 17, § 17-56","heading":"Inspections - Devices complying with act - Injunctions","body":"The Oklahoma Corporation Commission shall make periodic\n\ninspections to insure compliance with the provisions of this act.\n\nAny device which will halt unexpected ingress or egress from the\n\ninterior of a frac tank shall be deemed to comply with this act. The\n\nCorporation Commission may institute, in the name of the State of\n\nOklahoma, upon the relation of the Commission, any necessary action\n\nor proceeding to enjoin such persons, firm, association or\n\ncorporation from continuing operations until such time when there\n\nexists compliance with the provisions of this act, and in all proper\n\ncases injunction shall be issued without a bond being required from\n\nthe state.","path":["OK Code","Title 17"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os17.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a0110ce701799a86eccaf2155aa1155e8646cecdbdd45ad9345943c534eca73e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-55","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-57"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
