Stat. tit. 17, § 17-57","heading":"Oil and Gas Division Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Corporation Commission, to be designated the \"Oil and Gas\n\nDivision Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies\n\ndesignated for deposit to said fund. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nshall be expended by the Corporation Commission for the purposes of\n\nexpeditious prevention and abatement of oil and gas pollution, the\n\nprotection of correlative rights and the prevention of waste.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.
