Stat. tit. 17, § 17-7","heading":"Judgment of Supreme Court on appeal","body":"In cases appealed to the Supreme Court, as provided in this\n\narticle, if the judgment of the Commission is affirmed, it shall be\n\nthe duty of the Supreme Court, upon entering such judgment, to\n\ndirect the Clerk of the Court to deliver to the Commission a\n\ncertified copy of such judgment, and upon receipt of such certified\n\njudgment, the Corporation Commission shall within ten (10) days, if\n\nsuch judgment and costs shall not have been paid, enter judgment\n\nagainst the sureties on the appeal bond without further notice or\n\nhearing, and shall within thirty (30) days from the rendition of\n\nsuch judgment against the sureties of said appeal or suspending\n\nbonds, if the same shall not have been paid, issue an execution\n\nagainst the corporation, person or firm, and the sureties of said\n\nappeal or suspending bonds as provided in the preceding section. If\n\nthe judgment of the Commission is reversed or modified by the\n\nSupreme Court, the same shall be remanded to the Commission with\n\ninstruction to change or modify the former judgment of the\n\nCommission to conform to the opinion of the Supreme Court.
