The Corporation Commission may promulgate rules to\n\nrequire employees and potential employees in sensitive or law\n\nenforcement positions to supply photographs, descriptions,\n\nfingerprints, measurements and other pertinent information necessary\n\nfor a criminal history search by the Oklahoma State Bureau of\n\nInvestigation. The Commission may designate national criminal\n\nhistory searches as defined in Section 150.9 of Title 74 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes if it deems such information necessary.\n\n2. The Commission shall be authorized to require enforcement\n\nofficers to be fingerprinted for submission of the fingerprints\n\nthrough the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to the Federal\n\nBureau of Investigation for a national criminal history check. The\n\nCommission shall be the recipient of the results of the record\n\ncheck.\n\nB. The Commission shall request searches of the online and off-\n\nline files of the National Crime Information Center (NCIC), or any\n\nsuccessor federal agency which supplies such information, to\n\nidentify apportioned motor vehicles or apportioned motor vehicle\n\nlicense plates which have been reported stolen.\n\nC. The Commission is authorized to promulgate rules or issue\n\norders to prohibit any person or company from conducting business or\n\nparticipating in any manner of business with the Commission as the\n\nCommission deems necessary. Any orders or rules pertaining to the\n\nprovisions of the Trucking One-Stop Shop Act which were issued by\n\nthe Oklahoma Tax Commission, on or after January 1, 2002, shall be\n\ndeemed to be in effect and transferred to the authority of the\n\nCorporation Commission in accordance with the provisions of the\n\nTrucking One-Stop Shop Act.\n\nD.
