Stat. tit. 17, § 17-801.6","heading":"Utilization of energy efficiency and demand side","body":"management measures to meet renewable energy standard.\n\nEnergy efficiency and demand side management are important\n\ncomponents to maximizing the energy resources of our state.\n\nTherefore, every electricity generating entity in Oklahoma may use\n\nenergy efficiency and demand side management measures to assist the\n\nstate in meeting its renewable energy standard. Provided, however,\n\nthat demand side management may not be used to meet more than\n\ntwenty-five percent (25%) of the overall fifteen percent (15%)\n\nrenewable energy standard for the state. Energy conservation\n\nmeasures shall be described and quantified to the Corporation\n\nCommission on March 1 annually.
