Stat. tit. 17, § 17-850","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. “Certificate of authority” means authorization for a\n\ntransmission developer to comply with the provisions of this act by\n\nan order of the Corporation Commission through filing a case with an\n\napplication, notice, and hearing. The Commission shall establish a\n\nunique and identifiable designation for the filing of such cases;\n\n2. “Electric transmission facility” means a high-voltage\n\ntransmission line or high-voltage associated transmission facility\n\nwith a rating of greater than three hundred (300) kilovolts;\n\n3. “FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission;\n\n4. “Transfer” means any sale, assignment, or change in\n\nownership of the electric transmission facility by a transmission\n\ndeveloper; and\n\n5. “Transmission developer” means any person, firm,\n\ncorporation, or entity that develops, owns, operates, controls,\n\nmanages, or maintains an electric transmission facility within this\n\nstate and is licensed to do business in Oklahoma.","path":["OK Code","Title 17"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os17.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c6e1c07c0433f4bed94ad85fd294d693321609de51a52d410564214d7069f439","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-85","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-851"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
