Stat. tit. 17, § 17-9","heading":"Taxation of costs and fees","body":"In all cases where fines or judgments are assessed against an\n\noffending corporation, person or firm for the violation of any order\n\nor requirement of the Commission, as provided in this article,\n\njudgment shall be rendered against the defendant for all costs,\n\nwhich shall include the following: Witness fees at One Dollar and\n\nfifty cents ($1.50) per day, with necessary mileage at five cents\n\n($0.05) per mile, to and from the place of hearing to the residence\n\nof the witness; the fees of the Marshal to the Commission, the same\n\nas now allowed to sheriffs for like services in this state; Ten\n\nDollars ($10.00) docket fee, including all fees for filing and\n\ncertifying papers and documents, except necessary fee for\n\ntranscribing the record, ten cents ($0.10) for each folio of one\n\nhundred words; and in the Supreme Court, the same fees as are\n\ncharged in cases appealed from the district courts of this state to\n\nthe Supreme Court.","path":["OK Code","Title 17"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os17.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"00a1c9a530a6eed13b81a891e2ca80e93be169f5ab4c3030e896b3ec7dbd1d63","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-87","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-17-17-91"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
