Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1004","heading":"Reserved Power of State to Amend or Repeal - Oklahoma","body":"General Corporation Act Part of Corporation's Chapter or Certificate\n\nof Incorporation.\n\nRESERVED POWER OF STATE TO AMEND OR REPEAL;\n\nOKLAHOMA GENERAL CORPORATION ACT PART OF CORPORATION'S\n\nCHARTER OR CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION\n\nThe Oklahoma General Corporation Act may be amended or repealed\n\nat the pleasure of the Legislature, but any amendment or repeal\n\nshall not take away or impair any remedy available pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma General Corporation Act against any\n\ncorporation or its officers for any liability which shall have been\n\npreviously incurred.
