Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1009","heading":"Certificate of Incorporation and Other Certificates -","body":"Evidence.\n\nCERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION AND OTHER CERTIFICATES; EVIDENCE\n\nA copy of a certificate of incorporation, or of a restated\n\ncertificate of incorporation, or of any other certificate which has\n\nbeen filed in the Office of the Secretary of State as required by\n\nany provision of Title 18 of the Oklahoma Statutes, when duly\n\ncertified by the Secretary of State, shall be received in all\n\ncourts, public offices, and official bodies as prima facie evidence\n\nof:\n\n1. Due execution, acknowledgment and filing of the instrument;\n\n2. Observance and performance of all acts and conditions\n\nnecessary to have been observed and performed precedent to the\n\ninstrument becoming effective; and\n\n3.
