Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1017","heading":"Powers respecting securities of other corporations or","body":"entities.\n\nPOWERS RESPECTING SECURITIES OF\n\nOTHER CORPORATIONS OR ENTITIES\n\nAny corporation organized under the laws of this state may\n\nguarantee, purchase, take, receive, subscribe for or otherwise\n\nacquire; own, hold, use or otherwise employ; sell, lease, exchange,\n\ntransfer, or otherwise dispose of; mortgage, lend, pledge or\n\notherwise deal in and with, bonds and other obligations of, or\n\nshares or other securities or interests in, or issued by, any other\n\ndomestic or foreign corporation, partnership, association, or\n\nindividual, or by any government or agency or instrumentality\n\nthereof, subject to the limitation prescribed by Section 41 of\n\nArticle IX of the Oklahoma Constitution.
