Every corporation shall have and maintain in this state a\n\nregistered office which may, but need not be, the same as its place\n\nof business.\n\nB. Whenever the term \"corporation's principal office or place\n\nof business in this state\" or \"principal office or place of business\n\nof the corporation in this state\", or other term of like import, is\n\nor has been used in a corporation's certificate of incorporation, or\n\nin any other document, or in any statute, it shall be deemed to mean\n\nand refer to, unless the context indicates otherwise, the\n\ncorporation's registered office required by this section. It shall\n\nnot be necessary for any corporation to amend its certificate of\n\nincorporation or any other document to comply with the provisions of\n\nthis section.\n\nC.
