Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1023","heading":"Change of location of registered office; change of","body":"registered agent.\n\nCHANGE OF LOCATION OF REGISTERED OFFICE;\n\nCHANGE OF REGISTERED AGENT\n\nAny corporation, by resolution of its board of directors, may\n\nchange the location of its registered office in this state to any\n\nother place in this state. By like resolution, the registered agent\n\nof a corporation may be changed to any other person or corporation,\n\nincluding itself. In either such case, the resolution shall be as\n\ndetailed in its statement as is required by the provisions of\n\nparagraph 2 of subsection A of Section 1006 of this title.
