Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1062","heading":"Voting Rights of Fiduciaries, Pledgors and Joint Owners","body":"of Stock.\n\nVOTING RIGHTS OF FIDUCIARIES, PLEDGORS\n\nAND JOINT OWNERS OF STOCK\n\nA. Persons holding stock in a fiduciary capacity shall be\n\nentitled to vote the shares so held. Persons whose stock is pledged\n\nshall be entitled to vote, unless in the transfer by the pledgor on\n\nthe books of the corporation he has expressly empowered the pledgee,\n\nto vote thereon, in which case only the pledgee, or his proxy may\n\nrepresent such stock and vote thereon.\n\nB. If shares or other securities having voting power stand of\n\nrecord in the names of two (2) or more persons, whether fiduciaries,\n\nmembers of a partnership, joint tenants, tenants in common, tenants\n\nby the entirety or otherwise, or if two (2) or more persons have the\n\nsame fiduciary relationship respecting the same shares, unless the\n\nsecretary of the corporation is given written notice to the contrary\n\nand is furnished with a copy of the instrument or order appointing\n\nthem or creating the relationship wherein it is so provided, their\n\nacts with respect to voting shall have the following effect:\n\n1. If only one (1) vote, his act binds all; or\n\n2. If more than one (1) vote, the act of the majority so voting\n\nbinds all; or\n\n3. If more than one (1) vote, but the vote is evenly split on\n\nany particular matter, each faction may vote the securities in\n\nquestion proportionally, or any person voting the shares, or a\n\nbeneficiary, if any, may apply to the district court to appoint an\n\nadditional person to act with the persons so voting the shares,\n\nwhich shall then be voted as determined by a majority of such\n\npersons and the person appointed by such court.
