Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1069","heading":"Form of records","body":"FORM OF RECORDS\n\nAny records administered by or on behalf of a corporation in the\n\nregular course of its business including its stock ledger, books of\n\naccount and minute books may be kept on, or by means of, or be in\n\nthe form of, any information storage device, method or one or more\n\nelectronic networks or databases including one or more distributed\n\nelectronic networks or databases; provided that the records so kept\n\ncan be converted into clearly legible paper form within a reasonable\n\ntime, and, with respect to the stock ledger, that the records so\n\nkept (i) can be used to prepare the list of shareholders specified\n\nin Sections 1064 and 1065 of this title, (ii) record the information\n\nspecified in Sections 1037, 1040 and 1063, and subsection A of\n\nSection 1062 of this title, and (iii) record transfers of stock as\n\ngoverned by Article 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Any\n\ncorporation shall convert any records so kept into clearly legible\n\npaper form upon the request of any person entitled to inspect the\n\nrecords pursuant to any provision of the Oklahoma General\n\nCorporation Act.
