Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1074","heading":"Waiver of notice","body":"WAIVER OF NOTICE\n\nWhenever notice is required to be given under any provision of\n\nthe Oklahoma General Corporation Act or of the certificate of\n\nincorporation or bylaws, a written waiver thereof, signed by the\n\nperson entitled to notice, or a waiver by electronic transmission by\n\nthe person entitled to notice, whether before or after the time\n\nstated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to notice. Attendance of\n\na person at a meeting shall constitute a waiver of notice of such\n\nmeeting, except when the person attends a meeting for the express\n\npurpose of objecting, at the beginning of the meeting, to the\n\ntransaction of any business because the meeting is not lawfully\n\ncalled or convened.
