Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1075.3","heading":"Single written notice to shareholders sharing an","body":"address.\n\nSINGLE WRITTEN NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS SHARING AN ADDRESS\n\nA. Without limiting the manner by which notice otherwise may be\n\ngiven effectively to shareholders, any notice to shareholders given\n\nby the corporation under any provision of the Oklahoma General\n\nCorporation Act, the certificate of incorporation, or the bylaws\n\nshall be effective if given by a single written notice to\n\nshareholders who share an address if consented to by the\n\nshareholders at that address to whom such notice is given. Any such\n\nconsent shall be revocable by the shareholder by written notice to\n\nthe corporation.\n\nB. Any shareholder who fails to object in writing to the\n\ncorporation, within sixty (60) days of having been given written\n\nnotice by the corporation of its intention to send the single notice\n\npermitted under subsection A of this section, shall be deemed to\n\nhave consented to receiving such single written notice.\n\nC.
