Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1100","heading":"Trustees or receivers for dissolved corporations;","body":"appointment; powers; duties.\n\nTRUSTEES OR RECEIVERS FOR DISSOLVED CORPORATIONS;\n\nAPPOINTMENT; POWERS; DUTIES\n\nWhen any corporation organized in accordance with the provisions\n\nof the Oklahoma General Corporation Act shall be dissolved in any\n\nmanner whatever, the district court, on application of any creditor,\n\nshareholder or director of the corporation, or any other person who\n\nshows good cause therefor, at any time, may either appoint one or\n\nmore of the directors of the corporation to be trustees, or appoint\n\none or more persons to be receivers, of and for the corporation, to\n\ntake charge of the corporation's property, and to collect the debts\n\nand property due and belonging to the corporation, with power to\n\nprosecute and defend, in the name of the corporation, or otherwise,\n\nall such suits as may be necessary or proper for the purposes\n\naforesaid, and to appoint an agent or agents under them, and to do\n\nall other acts which might be done by the corporation, if in being,\n\nthat may be necessary for the final settlement of the unfinished\n\nbusiness of the corporation.
