The district court shall have jurisdiction to revoke or\n\nforfeit the charter of any corporation for abuse, misuse or nonuse\n\nof its corporate powers, privileges or franchises. The Attorney\n\nGeneral, upon his own motion or upon the relation of a proper party,\n\nshall proceed for this purpose by complaint in the county in which\n\nthe registered office of the corporation is located.\n\nB. The district court shall have power, by appointment of\n\nreceivers or otherwise, to administer and wind up the affairs of any\n\ncorporation whose charter shall be revoked or forfeited by any court\n\npursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma General Corporation Act\n\nor otherwise, and to make such orders and decrees with respect\n\nthereto as shall be just and equitable respecting its affairs and\n\nassets and the rights of its shareholders and creditors.\n\nC.
