Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1107","heading":"Title to Property - Filing Order of Appointment -","body":"Exception.\n\nTITLE TO PROPERTY; FILING ORDER OF APPOINTMENT; EXCEPTION\n\nA. Trustees of or receivers for any corporation, appointed by\n\nthe district court, and their respective survivors and successors,\n\nupon their appointment and qualification or upon the death,\n\nresignation or discharge of any co-trustee or co-receiver, shall be\n\nvested by operation of law and without any act or deed, with the\n\ntitle of the corporation to all of its property, real, personal, or\n\nmixed of whatsoever nature, kind, class or description, and\n\nwheresoever situated, except real estate situated outside this\n\nstate.\n\nB. Trustees or receivers appointed by the district court,\n\nwithin twenty (20) days from the date of their qualification, shall\n\nfile in the office of the county clerk in each county in this state\n\nin which any real estate belonging to the corporation may be\n\nsituated, a certified copy of the order of their appointment and\n\nevidence of their qualification.\n\nC.
