Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1109","heading":"Receivers or Trustees - Inventory - List of Debts and","body":"Reports.\n\nRECEIVERS OR TRUSTEES; INVENTORY; LIST OF DEBTS AND REPORTS\n\nTrustees or receivers, as soon as convenient, shall file in the\n\ndistrict court of the county in which the proceeding is pending, a\n\nfull and complete itemized inventory of all the assets of the\n\ncorporation which shall show their nature and probable value, and an\n\naccount of all debts due from and to it, as nearly as the same can\n\nbe ascertained.
