Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1110","heading":"Creditors' Proofs of Claims - When Barred - Notice","body":"CREDITORS' PROOFS OF CLAIMS; WHEN BARRED; NOTICE\n\nAll creditors shall make proof under oath of their respective\n\nclaims against the corporation, and cause the same to be filed in\n\nthe district court of the county in which the proceeding is pending\n\nwithin the time fixed by the order of the district court. All\n\ncreditors and claimants failing to do so, within the time limited by\n\nthe provisions of this section, or the time prescribed by the order\n\nof the district court, by direction of the district court, may be\n\nbarred from participating in the distribution of the assets of the\n\ncorporation.
