Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1112","heading":"Sale of Perishable or Deteriorating Property","body":"SALE OF PERISHABLE OR DETERIORATING PROPERTY\n\nWhenever the property of a corporation is at the time of the\n\nappointment of a receiver or trustee encumbered with liens of any\n\ncharacter, and the validity, extent or legality of any lien is\n\ndisputed or brought in question, and the property of the corporation\n\nis of a character which will deteriorate in value pending the\n\nlitigation respecting the lien, the district court may order the\n\nreceiver or trustee to sell the property of the corporation, clear\n\nof all encumbrances, at public or private sale, for the best price\n\nthat can be obtained therefor, and pay the net proceeds arising from\n\nthe sale thereof after deducting the costs of the sale into the\n\ndistrict court, there to remain subject to the order of the district\n\ncourt, and to be disposed of as the district court shall direct.","path":["OK Code","Title 18"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os18.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"75c2362600bd55abf71eab181f3198d2897c3bb5d2f2ded8cb50bcd59daf38c6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-1111","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-18-18-1113"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
