Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1114","heading":"Substitution of Trustee or Receiver as Party - Abatement","body":"of Actions.\n\nSUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE OR RECEIVER\n\nAS PARTY; ABATEMENT OF ACTIONS\n\nA trustee or receiver, upon application by him in the court in\n\nwhich any suit is pending, shall be substituted as party plaintiff\n\nin the place of the corporation in any suit or proceeding which was\n\nso pending at the time of his appointment.
