Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1115","heading":"Liens for Wages or Products When Corporation is","body":"Insolvent.\n\nLIENS FOR WAGES OR PRODUCTS WHEN CORPORATION IS INSOLVENT\n\nA. Whenever any corporation of this state, or any foreign\n\ncorporation doing business in this state, shall become insolvent,\n\nthe employees performing labor or services of whatever character in\n\nthe regular employ of the corporation, and the producers of\n\nagricultural and dairy products, including cooperative marketing\n\nassociations of such producers, shall have a lien upon the assets of\n\nsuch corporation for the amount of the wages or payments for\n\nagricultural and dairy products due to them, not exceeding four\n\nmonths' wages or payments for such products which shall have accrued\n\nprior to the adjudication of the insolvency of such corporation,\n\nwhich lien shall be paid prior to any other debts, charges or claims\n\nagainst said corporation, except taxes due the United States\n\ngovernment or the State of Oklahoma. The word \"employee\" shall not\n\nbe construed to include any of the officers of the corporation.\n\nB.
