Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1116","heading":"Discontinuance of Liquidation","body":"DISCONTINUANCE OF LIQUIDATION\n\nThe liquidation of the assets and business of an insolvent\n\ncorporation may be discontinued at any time during the liquidation\n\nproceedings when it is established that cause for liquidation no\n\nlonger exists.
