Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1128","heading":"Defective Organization of Corporation as Defense","body":"DEFECTIVE ORGANIZATION OF CORPORATION AS DEFENSE\n\nA. No corporation of this state and no person sued by any such\n\norganization shall be permitted to assert the want of legal\n\norganization as a defense to any claim.\n\nB.
