Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1137","heading":"Actions By and Against Unqualified Foreign Corporations","body":"ACTIONS BY AND AGAINST UNQUALIFIED FOREIGN CORPORATIONS\n\nA. A foreign corporation which is required to comply with the\n\nprovisions of Sections 130 and 131 of this act and which has done\n\nbusiness in this state without authority shall not maintain any\n\naction or special proceeding in this state unless and until such\n\ncorporation has been authorized to do business in this state and has\n\npaid to the state all fees, penalties and franchise taxes for the\n\nyears or parts thereof during which it did business in this state\n\nwithout authority. This prohibition shall not apply to any\n\nsuccessor in interest of such foreign corporation.\n\nB.
