Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1138","heading":"Foreign Corporations Doing Business Without Having","body":"Qualified - Injunctions.\n\nFOREIGN CORPORATIONS DOING BUSINESS\n\nWITHOUT HAVING QUALIFIED; INJUNCTIONS\n\nThe district court shall have jurisdiction to enjoin any foreign\n\ncorporation, or any agent thereof, from transacting any business in\n\nthis state if such corporation has failed to comply with any\n\nprovision of the Oklahoma General Corporation Act applicable to it\n\nor if such corporation has secured a certificate of the Secretary of\n\nState pursuant to the provisions of Section 130 of this act on the\n\nbasis of false or misleading representations.
