Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1140.2","heading":"Transfer of trade name","body":"TRANSFER OF TRADE NAME\n\nIn the event a corporation or other business entity elects to\n\ntransfer ownership of a trade name to another corporation or\n\nbusiness entity, it shall file a report, in duplicate, with the\n\nSecretary of State, specifying such transfer. The report shall be\n\nexecuted by a party duly authorized to sign on behalf of the\n\ncorporation or other business entity. In the case of a corporation,\n\nthe report shall be acknowledged and filed in accordance with\n\nSection 1007 of this title.
