Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1140.3","heading":"Amendment of trade name report","body":"AMENDMENT OF TRADE NAME REPORT\n\nA. A trade name report shall be amended when:\n\n1. There is a false or erroneous statement in the trade name\n\nreport;\n\n2. There is a change in the kind of business transacted under\n\nthe trade name; or\n\n3. There is a change in or an additional address where the\n\nbusiness is to be carried on under the trade name.\n\nB. An amended trade name report shall set forth the trade name\n\nand specify the amendment therein. The report shall be executed by\n\na party duly authorized to sign on behalf of the corporation or\n\nother business entity.
