Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1144","heading":"Required filing with the county clerk following a merger","body":"or consolidation, or a change of corporate name.\n\nREQUIRED FILING WITH THE COUNTY CLERK\n\nFOLLOWING A MERGER OR CONSOLIDATION,\n\nOR A CHANGE OF CORPORATE NAME\n\nA. A certified copy of the following documents, as applicable,\n\nshall be filed with the county clerk of each county in which a\n\nsurviving or resulting corporation to a merger or consolidation, or\n\na corporation whose name was changed, has a recorded interest in\n\nreal property:\n\n1. a certificate or agreement of merger or consolidation filed\n\nwith the Secretary of State in accordance with the provisions of\n\nSection 1081, 1082, 1084, 1085, 1086 or 1087 of Title 18 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n2. a certificate of ownership and merger filed with the\n\nSecretary of State as provided in Section 1083 of Title 18 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n3. an amendment to the certificate of incorporation effecting a\n\nchange of name pursuant to Section 1076, 1077 or 1131 of Title 18 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB.
