As used in this section:\n\n1. \"Completed filing\" means a form developed and made available\n\nby the Secretary of State of this state, completed accurately in its\n\nentirety; and\n\n2. \"International corporation agent\" means:\n\na. an individual representing the interests of a\n\ncorporation or a business entity incorporated or\n\nheadquartered outside the United States of America, or\n\nb. an individual representing the interests of a\n\ncorporation or a business entity with a fifty-one\n\npercent (51%) or greater interest owned or controlled\n\nby a corporation or a business entity incorporated,\n\nheadquartered, or domiciled outside the United States\n\nof America.\n\nFor purposes of this definition, \"representing\" means taking\n\nefforts on behalf of the international corporation in exchange for\n\ncompensation.\n\nB. Except for those covered under the provisions of a national\n\nsecurity agreement with the Committee on Foreign Investments in the\n\nUnited States (CFIUS), no individual shall advocate:\n\n1. To influence the laws of this state as they apply to an\n\nassociated international corporation; or\n\n2. For funding from this state that would benefit an associated\n\ninternational corporation,\n\nuntil such individual shall have paid to the Secretary of State of\n\nthis state the fees prescribed in Section 1142 of Title 18 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, and shall have filed with the Secretary of State\n\nof this state a completed filing, as an international corporation\n\nagent under the provisions of this section.\n\nC. The Secretary of State shall develop a filing form and make\n\nit available to the public to facilitate compliance with the\n\nprovisions of this section. Such form shall include, but not be\n\nlimited to, the name of such international corporation being\n\nadvocated for and the time period for which such advocation is to\n\noccur.\n\nD.
