Stat. tit. 18, § 18-1201","heading":"Short title - Oklahoma Benefit Corporation Act -","body":"Applicability.\n\nA. This act shall be known and may be cited as the \"Oklahoma\n\nBenefit Corporation Act\". This act shall be applicable to all\n\nbenefit corporations.\n\nB. The existence of a provision of this act shall not of itself\n\ncreate an implication that a contrary or different rule is\n\napplicable to a corporation that is not a benefit corporation. This\n\nact shall not affect a statute or rule that is applicable to a\n\ncorporation that is not a benefit corporation.\n\nC. Except as otherwise provided in this act, the Oklahoma\n\nGeneral Corporation Act shall be generally applicable to all benefit\n\ncorporations that are not state banks or trust companies. A benefit\n\ncorporation that is not a state bank or trust company may be subject\n\nsimultaneously to this act and the Oklahoma General Corporation Act,\n\nProfessional Entity Act and other applicable business formation\n\nstatutes; however, the provisions of this act shall control over the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma General Corporation Act, Professional\n\nEntity Act and other applicable business formation statutes where\n\nthere is a conflict.\n\nD. Except as otherwise provided in this act, the Oklahoma\n\nBanking Code shall be generally applicable to all benefit\n\ncorporations that are state banks or trust companies. A benefit\n\ncorporation that is a state bank or trust company may be subject\n\nsimultaneously to this act and the Oklahoma Banking Code; however,\n\nthe provisions of this act shall control over the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Banking Code where there is a conflict.\n\nE.
