Stat. tit. 18, § 18-2004","heading":"Filing the articles of organization","body":"FILING THE ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION\n\nA. One or more persons may form a limited liability company\n\nupon the filing of executed articles of organization with the Office\n\nof the Secretary of State.\n\nB. 1. When the articles of organization become effective, the\n\nproposed organization becomes a limited liability company under the\n\nname and subject to the purposes, conditions, and provisions stated\n\nin the articles. A limited liability company formed under the\n\nOklahoma Limited Liability Company Act is a separate legal entity,\n\nthe existence of which as a separate legal entity continues until\n\ncancellation of the limited liability company's articles of\n\norganization and completion of its winding up, if any.\n\n2. Filing of the articles by the Office of the Secretary of\n\nState is conclusive evidence of the formation of the limited\n\nliability company.\n\n3.
