One signed copy of the articles of organization or any other\n\narticles authorized by this act shall be delivered to the Secretary\n\nof State. Unless the Secretary of State finds that any articles do\n\nnot conform to law, upon receipt of all filing and other fees\n\nrequired by law, he or she shall:\n\n1. Endorse on each copy the word “filed” and the day, month and\n\nyear, and the time, if applicable, of the filing thereof;\n\n2. File one copy in his or her office; and\n\n3. Return a file-stamped copy to the person who filed it or his\n\nor her representative.\n\nB. Unless a future effective date or time, which shall be a\n\nspecified date or time not later than ninety (90) days after the\n\nfiling, is provided in the articles, articles of organization are\n\neffective, and the limited liability company is formed, at the time\n\nof the filing of the articles of organization with the Secretary of\n\nState.\n\nC.
