The articles of organization shall be amended when:\n\n1. There is a change in the name of the limited liability\n\ncompany;\n\n2. There is a false or erroneous statement in the articles of\n\norganization;\n\n3. There is a change in the time as stated in the articles of\n\norganization for the cancellation of the limited liability company;\n\nor\n\n4. The members desire to restate the articles of organization\n\nin their entirety or to make a change in any other statement or to\n\nadd a statement in the articles of organization in order to\n\naccurately represent their agreement.\n\nB. An amendment to the articles of organization of a limited\n\nliability company shall set forth:\n\n1. The name of the limited liability company;\n\n2. The date of filing the articles of organization; and\n\n3.
