Title to property of the limited liability company that is\n\nheld in the name of the limited liability company may be transferred\n\nby an instrument of transfer executed by any manager in the name of\n\nthe limited liability company.\n\nB. Title to property of the limited liability company that is\n\nheld in the name of one or more members or managers with an\n\nindication in the instrument transferring title to the property to\n\nthem of their capacity as members or managers of a limited liability\n\ncompany or of the existence of a limited liability company, even if\n\nthe name of the limited liability company is not indicated, may be\n\ntransferred by an instrument of transfer executed by the persons in\n\nwhose name title is held.\n\nC. Property transferred under subsections A or B of this\n\nsection may be recovered by the limited liability company if it\n\nproves that the act of the person executing the instrument of\n\ntransfer did not bind the limited liability company under Section\n\n2019 of Title 18 of the Oklahoma Statutes, unless the property has\n\nbeen transferred by the initial transferee or a person claiming\n\nthrough the initial transferee to a subsequent transferee who gives\n\nvalue without having notice that the person who executed the\n\ninstrument of initial transfer lacked authority to bind the limited\n\nliability company.\n\nD.
