Stat. tit. 18, § 18-2023","heading":"Contribution of member - Form","body":"The contribution of a member to a limited liability company may\n\nbe in cash, property, services rendered, or a promissory note or\n\nother binding obligation to contribute cash or property or to\n\nperform services. A person may be admitted to a limited liability\n\ncompany as a member of the limited liability company and may receive\n\na membership interest in the limited liability company without\n\nmaking a contribution or being obligated to make a contribution to\n\nthe limited liability company.
