Stat. tit. 18, § 18-2034","heading":"Judgment creditor - Rights - Exclusive remedy","body":"JUDGMENT CREDITOR; RIGHTS; EXCLUSIVE REMEDY\n\nOn application to a court of competent jurisdiction by any\n\njudgment creditor of a member, the court may charge the capital\n\ninterest of the member with payment of the unsatisfied amount of the\n\njudgment with interest. To the extent so charged, the judgment\n\ncreditor has only the rights of an assignee of the capital interest.\n\nA charging order entered by a court pursuant to this section shall\n\nin no event be convertible into a membership interest through\n\nforeclosure or other action. The Oklahoma Limited Liability Company\n\nAct does not deprive any member of the benefit of any exemption laws\n\napplicable to his or her membership or capital interest.
