If the Office of the Secretary of State finds that an\n\napplication for registration conforms to the provisions of this act\n\nand all requisite fees have been paid, it shall:\n\n1. Endorse on the applications the word \"filed\", and the month,\n\nday, and year of the filing;\n\n2. File in its office one copy of the application;\n\n3. Issue a certificate of registration to transact business in\n\nthis state; and\n\n4. Return the certificate of registration, together with a copy\n\nof the application to the person who filed the application or his\n\nrepresentative.\n\nB. The Secretary of State will not accept an application for\n\nregistration from a foreign limited liability company whose\n\nregistration was administratively withdrawn.
