Stat. tit. 18, § 18-2045","heading":"Foreign limited liability company - Name","body":"Subject to the provisions of Section 2008 of this title, a\n\nforeign limited liability company may register with the Secretary of\n\nState under the name which it is registered in its jurisdiction of\n\norganization and that could be registered by a domestic limited\n\nliability company.
